The Wind Masters’ Workshop

A week-long intensive chamber music program for woodwind and brass students age 12 through 22 who have studied their instrument for 2 or more years.  **Younger students may be accepted by audition.

Students will be engaged and challenged on a variety of levels, including small ensemble playing, musicianship, performance and fundamental wind-playing techniques.

Students will have the opportunity to work closely with highly skilled faculty members, guest artists, and to expand their mind-body connection as it pertains to performance through our daily yoga sessions.  Each student will receive a minimum of two thirty-minute private lessons during the week, and will be assigned to both smaller and larger ensembles.  (trio, quintet, flute choir, etc.)
